Winter Training Program
The Winter Training is the most important opportunity our players have to improve. The main reason is because it is not mandatory. When players show the work ethic for and commitment to opportunities that are not required, it will always separate them from players who don't value them. There is also a logistical reason. Players who are able to connect sessions will experience more development than those who don't. The opportunity to connect what they learn in the fall to what they will learn in the spring through the winter training can't be measured. We always see the improvements players make from the winter training and it has a direct impact on their success in the spring and their future development.
