JAIER PROGRAMS
All of the Jaier Soccer Training programs are designed to complement our College Preparatory Curriculum that focuses on player development.  Each program will focus on a specific idea or method but only as it relates to the mission of Jaier, creating confidence through player development.  Our trainers and coaches will also support and nurture this mindset.  Their consistent relationship with the curriculum allows our players to build quicker and more correct dominant responses.  The curriculum ensures that every Jaier player will receive a consistent soccer experience.

SPRING / FALL CURRICULUM:
Pee Wee Program

Ages 2 - 5 Girls & Boys

Created for the young beginner because it is never too early to have FUN and PLAY soccer.  It focuses on fun and is designed for parents to participate with their children.  With the guidance of our licensed instructors, we will give your little ones their first lessons in the most popular youth sport in the world.

Jaier Academy

A progressive alternative to the typical recreational or academy experience. The Jaier Academy is structured to accommodate the US Soccer curriculum guidelines while also implementing ideas from some of the strongest programs in the world.  It is innovative, challenging, and most of all FUN!

Select, Elite, Premier Teams

Ages 8 - 18 Girls & Boys

SUMMER TRAINING:
Jaier Skills & Games Camp

U6 - U14 Girls & Boys

The Jaier Skills and Games Camp is a fun and exciting week of learning and playing soccer.  Our goal is to teach skills and ideas that each camper can take with them on their journey in soccer.  Each day the campers will work on a specific skill set for the first hour of camp, then apply those lessons in a variety of small sided and full field games for the last hour.  We use proper instruction and the actual game itself to help develop our campers.

Jaier Goalkeeper & Finishing Camp

U9 - U18 Girls & Boys

We offer a week dedicated to the Goalkeeping position with coaching tailored to you.  During the week we will cover every aspect of being a Goalkeeper from technique to the mental strength the position requires.  Space for this camp is limited to 20 to maximize coaching, support, and attention to learn and improve.

Finishing is the art of scoring goals and in the modern game every player, even defenders, need to learn how to finish off scoring chances.  Yes, a whole week of scoring goals!  During the week we work on technique, the mentality it takes to be a good finisher, 1v1 situations, free kicks, penalty kicks, crosses, volleys, half-volleys, and other aspects of finishing.

Small Group Training Program

Ages U7 – U18 Girls & Boys

A valuable component to a soccer player’s development can be personal attention and care.  In a team setting this can be difficult to accomplish.  In a small group setting the trainer can offer more attention to a player’s technical ability while also addressing tactical issues with small sided games.  Each small group session will have no more than 6 players to maximize personal attention with trainer.

WINTER TRAINING:
Our winter curriculum is the most important opportunity our players have to improve. Players who are able to connect sessions will experience more development than those who don't. The opportunity to connect what they learn in the fall to what they will learn in the spring through the winter training can't be measured. We always see the improvements players make from the winter training and it has a direct impact on their success in the spring and their future development.
