The Jaier Academy Program
The Jaier Academy is a progressive alternative to the typical recreational program and is an introduction to travel/select soccer. It offers boys and girls between the ages of 7-8 the opportunity for advanced development in soccer through a focused and rewarding curriculum.
The Jaier Academy is structured in a way to be in line with the US Soccer curriculum guidelines while also implementing ideas from some of the strongest programs in the world. It is innovative, challenging, and most of all FUN!
The objective of the curriculum is to develop each of the four elements of a player: Technical, Tactical, Mental, and Physical through the use of fun games. This ensures that your young player develops the basics of the game in a challenging, fun environment!
We have the only Academy program that is directed by a Director with experience developing youth, college, professional, and Olympic Development Players.
Training is 1 evening per week and there are 4 Jamborees (2-3 25 minute games in Kalamazoo) each fall and spring season. We do allow and encourage players enrolled in the Jaier Academy Program to also play rec (AYSO, Lakeshore Rec, Etc.) soccer if they would like as well!
